Being part of this exciting book is easy and Insight Media’s publishing staff are ready to assist at every stage.
Step 1
Reserving your airport or company’s feature
Airports are invited to sponsor airport profiles – to ensure your participation please contact the sponsorship team and find out more about the three, four or five-page sponsorship options.
If you are an airport supplier and would like to be involved, get in touch with the sponsorship team to find out how your product or company profile can fit into the various chapters.
Step 2
Writing the editorial on your airport
Airports and companies will write their own editorial profile, which will then be edited and proofed by Insight Media’s editorial staff to ensure a cohesive and fluid editorial style throughout.
Step 3
Deadlines and final proofs
The deadline for the final draft version of your sponsored editorial is February 5, 2010. Once we have received your text we will lay it out in the design template of the book and email it back to you for final approval. All final changes must be received by March 29, 2010.
Our production team will send you proofs once text and images have been received.
The maximum words per page is 400 to allow for photographs and graphics.
Step 4
Receiving your copies
As part of your sponsorship package you will be sent 20 copies of the book in May 2010. Additional copies can be ordered prior to final copy deadline at a cost-only charge of €15 per copy plus shipping.
