Key Purpose of the role
This is a permanent, full time role, to be based in Twickenham.​The purpose of the new role is to maintain the company's website and e-presence while also providing support and assistance to the other designers. The aim is to  provide the relevant departments with a design service that enables the business to meet its targets.

Key Tasks:

• Maintain and update the companies websites and other e-activities including banners and e-flyers
• Design and update e-flyers
• Support the existing design team updating brochures and flyers
• In house design for Assist other areas of the company with stationery – Business cards/​Letterheads/flyers etc
• Liaising with suppliers

Other Duties:

• Time and work load management.
• Documentation of workload
• IT basics and printer issues (in the absence of IT Coordinator)
• Ad hoc project work

Job-specific Qualifications

• Good understanding of all main Adobe packages and Mac usage is a must
• Quark knowledge a bonus
• Mac system knowledge a plus
• Video editing a positive

Experience:
Minimum of 6 months to 1 year design experience  

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written, communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong prioritisation skills
• Ability to communicate at all levels
