Discounted Fares on Air China
To receive the discounted rates below, please register for the Airport Cities event. You will be given a code for your booking and the direct contact details of the ticket office.
Proof of registration is required (Confirmation Email) when booking your flight at the reduced rate.
International flights
Business Class* 25% Discount for C class 15% Discount for all other business classes
Economy Class* 20% Discount for Y/B class 15% Discount for M-Q class
Domestic flights
First or Business class* 5% Discount for F or C class
Economy Class* 15% Discount for Y - L class 5% Discount for Q class underneath

Terms & Conditions
A date change is free of charge if the change is in the same class, otherwise, delegates will need to pay the class difference; 20% charge of the net fare for cancellation.
Visa application information
Visa applications should be made at least one month before your departure for China.
Passports must be valid for at least six months for a single or double entry visa and at least nine months for a multiple entry visa.
Visas are granted only for the points of entry indicated in the passport.
All documents necessary for further travel and sufficient funds to cover intended period of stay are required.
The period of validity is stated on the visa, and care should be taken when reading dates on visas for China
(People's Republic) as they are written in year/month/day format.
In order to apply for a Chinese Visa, you will have to request a Letter of Invitation from Insight Media once you have registered for the event.
