What are the benefits of advertising in Airport World?

  • Airport World is the only magazine that can guarantee that your message reaches the entire membership of ACI. This means you will be targeting airport management, World Business Partners, Regional Associates, as well as senior airline executives
  • As the official ACI magazine, Airport World can provide exposure to delegates at all ACI World events through bonus distribution. By distributing the magazine at these important events, your message can be reinforced to all attendees. If you are exhibiting it can support your presence, and if you can’t make it to the show your message is still there.
  • Airport World’s reputation for excellent editorial ensures that the magazine is read and re-read, maximising your advertising exposure
  • A digital version of Airport World is now available online and emailed monthly to 10,000 recipients of the ACI World Report

What is ACI?

The Airports Council International (ACI), created in 1991, is the international association of the world's airports. It is a non-profit organisation, the prime purpose of which is to foster co-operation among its member airports and with other partners
in world aviation, including governmental, airline and aircraft manufacturing organisations.

Through this co-operation, ACI makes a significant contribution to providing the travelling and shipping public with an air transport system that is safe, secure, efficient and environmentally compatible.

What is Airport World?

Launched in 1995, and published six times a year, Airport World is the official magazine of the ACI.

Its primary aim is to provide a forum for
airport-related management issues, a vehicle for airports to promote and market themselves, and
a direct route for suppliers of products and services to airports.

Interviews with the top management at airports around the world, as well as exclusive analyses of ACI data, make up a major proportion of the magazine's content. Editorial features include:

•    Passenger and cargo services
•    Concessions and real estate
•    Infrastructure and engineering
•    Information Technology
•    Construction and design
•    Finance and planning
•    Air traffic control
•    Project watch
•    Environment
•    Security
•    News

Airport World delivers a powerful and cohesive editorial package. The articles are concise, intelligent, and clearly written, striving to provide the airport industry with an unparalleled strategic business magazine.

But aren’t there other ACI magazines?

ACI World is based in Geneva, and is made up of five geographical regions – Africa, Asia-Pacific, Europe, Latin America-Caribbean, and North America. Some of these regional offices do have their own regional magazines, but do not use the Airport World main database and are distributed to a much smaller number of airports. The regional ACI magazines have considerably smaller print runs than Airport World and represent higher cost per thousand advertising media.
