production of aviation titles and books and organiser of trade conferences and
exhibitions.
Among its publications are Airport World, the official magazine of Airports
Council International's Geneva HQ, and Routes News, published on behalf of the
World Route Development Forum. Insight Media also regularly produces limited
edition hard back books including 'Welcoming the A380', 'Airports of the
Future' and 'Airports in the First 100 Years of Flight'.
Our conference and exhibition portfolio includes the Airport Cities World
Conference, Welcoming the A380 and Winning Strategies For Airline and Airport
Operators. We also organise and sell exhibitions for ACI and other clients.

Marketing and Events Executive
Insight Media is looking for a Marketing and Events Executive to join their events team. The role would suit a 2nd jobber with a minimum of 12 months full-time work history. The role will involve administrative support to the events team as well as marketing the upcoming events and will include international travel.
Job Specification:
- Marketing the upcoming events via various sources.
- Liaising with high-level executives on an international level to secure new and
repeat business.
- Composing and sending out mailers and e-newsletters to promote the events to
potential delegates.
- Help cleanse and develop the database to secure strong contacts.
- Courteously and efficiently answering external and internal inquiries whilst in the office.
- Work closely with the events team to formulate an effective way of promoting the events.
- Administrative support to the events team in the run-up to the events and during the events.
- Guaranteed international travel.
Person Specification:
- Proven ability to communicate effectively over the telephone.
- Outgoing, confident, positive person who is self-motivated individual that can work
hard autonomously and as part of a team.
- Proven marketing or sales experience.
- Computer literate (excellent Microsoft skills)
- Superb time management/organisational skills.
- Willing to travel internationally

Experienced Media Sales Manager
Twickenham Based – 20 minutes from London Waterloo
£25,000 +OTE depending on experience
Insight Media publishes high quality business to business magazines for
prestige international organisations in the travel and transportation
industries.
We now require an additional sales person to work with the Sales Director and
Managing Director on our leading title, associated exhibitions and new business
opportunities. The successful candidate will be a graduate with a minimum of 12
months sales experience. Must be prepared to travel overseas 6-7 times per
year. Exhibition and conference sponsorship sales an advantage.

Reporter/Feature writer

Good, hard-working all rounder required to work across three aviation titles - Airport World, Routes News and Global Airport Cities magazines. Enthusiasm essential as is the ability to write and manage several projects at a time. Aviation/transport knowledge a definite advantage. The successful candidate will ideally have at least two years journalistic experience. Ideally suited for a second jobber. There will be opportunities for overseas travel as a part of your role.
