I am delighted to welcome you to the first ACI EUROPE SMAG Conference. This is the product of a very dynamic and fast-growing action group inside ACI EUROPE, and I hope that the programme, carefully developed by SMAG and the ACI EUROPE team, will meet all of your expectations.

I am also particularly happy that this first conference should take place within the framework of Regional Routes in Porto, a much respected event in the ACI EUROPE Members’ diaries.

The relationship of small and medium size airports with airlines is essential to their development and the synergy of SMAG and Regional Routes is clear to ACI EUROPE. I hope that these three days of networking will prove fruitful for each of you and I look forward to meeting you personally.
